If either you or your consulting doctor gets disconnected, call Ringadoc again at (888) 474-6423. Follow the prompts to reconnect to your consulting doctor. You will only be charged for one call.

In the unlikely event that you are charged twice, please contact us. We will reverse the second charge for you.
